Team on Cron
One yearly subscription for the whole team: leadercron for the owner plus product seats (salescron or secronjob) for up to four teammates, managed in Team admin.
What it is
Team on Cron is the team bundle: $1,250/year (vs $1,350 bought singly) licenses leadercron for the team owner and a product seat (salescron or secronjob, your choice per person) for up to 4 teammates. One subscription, one renewal date.
The pieces reinforce each other: your reps' and SEs' agents report run telemetry to the control plane, and your leadercron builds its Monday brief and 1:1 packs from that real activity (metadata only, always).
How seats work
- At purchase, seats auto-fill from your team roster (first four members, salescron by default). No team yet? One is created with you as owner.
- Upgrading from a legacy Solo plan? The "Upgrade to Team" button in Settings moves your existing subscription to Team on Cron in place. Stripe prorates the rest of your current billing period, then the bundle fulfills exactly like a fresh purchase.
- Reassign anytime in Team admin → "Team on Cron, product seats": pick salescron or secronjob per member, or reclaim a seat. Changes take effect immediately.
- At renewal, whatever is assigned renews. Every seat extends together, atomically, on the one subscription.
- On cancel or a failed renewal, the whole bundle pauses together (politely, at each skill's license check, never mid-run).
Delegating a role, which is a different thing
A Founder-plan holder can hand one of their nine roles to a teammate, from the Who runs what panel on this page. That is not a seat purchase and it is not this bundle. Nothing is bought: the role moves, they hold it, you stop holding it personally, and your plan does not change price.
The two can coexist. A Team on Cron bundle licenses five people with a seat count to manage; delegation reseats something you already own. If you want a role back for yourself as well as for the person running it, that is a second seat of that role at its listed price.
Your standup keeps a row for a delegated role, and it reports what that role ran rather than asking you to act on it. You see that it ran and when, never what your teammate wrote.
Take it back from the same panel. If the teammate leaves the team, the role returns to you automatically rather than leaving with them.
Each member's setup
Every seated member follows the normal product onboarding on their own account (Getting started), connecting their own tools. Seats license people; they never share credentials or data. Larger teams or custom mixes: the enterprise pipeline.
