1. The service

Sales as Code (the "Service") is a sales-operating-system web app provided by salesascode ("we", "us"). The Service is currently in active development; features may change, and we may add, remove, or modify functionality at any time. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect data or pricing.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. If you sign in with Google, the security of that Google account is your responsibility. You agree to provide accurate information at signup and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used to abuse the Service, violate these terms, or harm other users.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

  • Violate applicable law, including data-protection, anti-spam, and export-control laws.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email or spam, including via integrations you connect.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the Service's source code beyond what is publicly available.
  • Resell access to the Service or share a single seat across multiple users.
  • Upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or is unlawful.
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to breach our security measures without prior written consent.

4. Purchases and billing

  • What we sell. Per-role products, sold as prepaid annual subscriptions, that run a sales role's day on a schedule on our servers. Current prices are on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • Product subscriptions. The per-role products, gtmcron, salescron, leadercron, secronjob, partnercron, bdrcron, crocronjob, cscron, and supportcron, plus the Team on Cron seat bundle, are prepaid annual subscriptions. Each licenses that product's skill and plugin set for the subscription period. They renew automatically each year. You can cancel from your billing portal at any time. See Refunds and cancellation below for what happens to the rest of the period you have paid for. If we make a material breaking change or have an extended outage, contact us and we'll make it right.
  • Buying on a product domain. Each product has its own marketing site (gtmcron.com, salescron.com, leadercron.com, secronjob.com, partnercron.com, bdrcron.com, crocronjob.com, cscron.com, supportcron.com). These sites are operated by the same company that operates salesascode.com; every purchase, account, and subscription is processed and held on salesascode.com and is governed by these terms regardless of which product site referred you.
  • Plugins and All-Access. We also sell individual plugins that run on a schedule on our servers, as one-time purchases (individual plugins, bundles, or the full suite) or as an All-Access membership (monthly or yearly). Company OS Core is required by every other plugin and is included in your cart automatically when needed. A one-time purchase grants a perpetual license to that plugin for your account, including updates while the plugin is offered. All-Access is a subscription that licenses every plugin, plus updates and priority support, for as long as it is active; it renews automatically, can be cancelled from your billing portal, and its entitlements end when it lapses. Stripe processes every payment.
  • Taxes. Prices are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout where required.

5. Refunds and cancellation

  • Cancel any time. Cancel from your billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future renewals.
  • You get the unused part of the period back. When you cancel a prepaid annual subscription, we refund the unused portion of the current period, prorated to the day, to your original payment method. Refunds normally settle within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • There is no separate refund window, because there does not need to be one. The proration above applies on day 1 and on day 300 alike.
  • One-time licences are perpetual and are not refunded by cancellation, because there is nothing to cancel: you keep the licence. If a one-time purchase was a mistake, contact us and we will look at it.
  • If we break it, we fix it or refund it. A material breaking change or an extended outage is on us. Contact us and we will make it right, up to a full refund of the affected period.

Consumers in the EU and the UK. If you buy as a consumer rather than for a business, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. That right is yours by law, sits on top of everything above, and we will not ask you to justify it. Where you have asked us to start the service immediately within those 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for what you used before withdrawing.

To request a refund or ask about one, email us from the address on your account. The contact page has the address.

6. Plugins and licensing

  • Licensed, not sold. The plugins are licensed to your account, not sold. Use requires an active, authenticated Sales as Code account that is entitled to the plugin. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugins.
  • Where they run. The plugins run on our servers, on a schedule, with the tools and accounts you connect. We custody your connection tokens encrypted and read them on the schedule to do the work. By default they draft and stage work for your review, and you choose where the drafts land.
  • Automated publishing and your authorization. For channels you explicitly connect and enable for automation, and only after an automated brand-safety check, the plugins may publish content on your behalf to those accounts (for example, your own social profile). Anything that reaches a person directly, cold email, replies, and any channel where automation is disallowed or would risk account suspension is always held for your approval; the plugins never post there automatically. You set the publishing mode per channel, and by enabling a channel for automation you authorize the plugins to publish to it on your behalf under that setting.
  • Your responsibility. You are responsible for what the plugins produce and publish under the modes you enable, for the content you approve, and for complying with the terms of the tools and accounts you connect and with anti-spam and data-protection law. You can switch any channel back to draft-only at any time.
  • Telemetry and brain sync. When connected, the plugins send run metadata and brain state to your account so your dashboard can roll it up. This is metadata-first and never includes raw third-party contact data by default. See the Privacy policy.

7. Your data

You own the content you put into the Service. We need a limited licence to host, process, and display it so the Service can function (e.g. running it through Anthropic's API to answer your brain questions). This licence terminates when you delete the data or your account. We never use your data to train models for anyone else.

How we collect and process data is detailed in our Privacy policy.

8. Third-party services

When you connect a tool (Google, Salesforce, Outreach, etc.), you authorise us to access that tool on your behalf through the scopes you grant. Your use of those tools remains governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for outages, data loss, or policy changes at third-party providers.

9. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees during the current phase of development. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in-app where possible. Brief unplanned outages may occur.

Support. Reach us from Support in the product, or by replying to any email we send you. On a paid plan we respond by email within one business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in our stated jurisdiction. That is a response, not a resolution: some problems take longer to fix than to answer, and we will say which we are doing. Free accounts get best-effort support with no committed response time.

Where the pricing page or a plan description says "priority support", it means the one-business-day commitment above. We do not currently offer paid support tiers beyond it, and we do not operate a 24/7 or severity-based SLA. If you need one, say so before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including the salesascode name, logo, code, and visual design, is our property or licensed to us. You don't acquire any rights to those by using the Service beyond the right to use the Service per these terms.

11. Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every conceivable threat, or that it will meet every business requirement you have. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, even if advised of the possibility. Our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these terms or applicable law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll surface a notice inside the product. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
