Getting started with a product

The four steps from purchase to your first scheduled run — license, key, marketplace, setup phrase. One page per product, all identical on purpose.

Overview

Every "on cron" product installs the same way. After checkout you land on /get-started/<product>, which walks the four steps with your live status. You can return to it anytime. (If a product hasn't launched yet, its /get-started link redirects to a waitlist page until it does — all eight are live today.)

The four steps

  1. License. Your yearly subscription. The page shows whether it's active and when it renews. A lapsed renewal pauses only that product — never a sibling product you also run.
  2. Key. Issue an API key at /settings/api-keys. One key powers every product; Cowork authenticates with it as SALES_AS_CODE_API_KEY.
  3. Marketplace. Add the product's plugin marketplace to Claude Cowork once, then install the plugins you own.
  4. Setup. Say the product's setup phrase in Cowork (e.g. "set up my Company OS" for gtmcron). The wizard interviews you, scaffolds files, and proposes the scheduled tasks.

Verifying it worked

Your first runs appear on the Rollup within a minute of finishing. If nothing lands, the connection checker diagnoses which of the four steps is stuck (licensed → keyed → connected → ran).

See also Licensing & renewal for how yearly subscriptions, renewals, and lapses work, and My products for the logged-in hub that shows every product's status at once and links back here per product.
