Getting started with a product

The steps from purchase to your first scheduled run: license, connect your tools, set up, and choose where drafts land. One page per product, all identical on purpose. Nothing to install.

Overview

Every "on cron" product works the same way. The product runs the work for you on a schedule, on our servers, there is no desktop app, plugin, or marketplace to install. After checkout you land on /get-started/<product>, which walks the steps with your live status. You can return to it anytime. All nine products are live today.

The steps

  1. License. Your yearly subscription. The page shows whether it's active and when it renews. A lapsed renewal pauses only that product, never a sibling product you also run.
Straight from checkout, the page reads that licence before it says anything about it. If the licence has not been written yet it says "Payment received. Provisioning your licence." and refreshes itself when it lands, usually within seconds. If it is still saying that after a minute, your payment is safe: tell us and we finish it by hand.
  2. Connect your tools. Link your CRM, inbox, and calendar on Connect. We custody each token encrypted and read it on a schedule to do the work. This is opt-in and reversible.
  3. Set up. The guided wizard interviews you, builds your company context, and proposes the scheduled runs.
  4. Choose where drafts land. Every run drafts first, nothing is sent for you. Pick the in-app draft queue, your Google Drive, or your mailbox as a draft.

Power users can also drive the account from their own scripts or an MCP client. That path is optional and lives under Settings, Advanced, see API Keys & MCP.

Verifying it worked

Your first runs appear on Activity within a minute of finishing. If nothing lands, the connection checker diagnoses which step is stuck (licensed, tools connected, set up, ran).
