Overview

salescron is a Claude Cowork / Claude Desktop plugin for enterprise software AEs. Its scheduled tasks run the day: a 6am account briefing with industry-matched outbound drafted into Gmail, deep account research, meeting prep, a noon deal-risk sweep, post-call follow-ups from transcripts, reply tracking, CRM hygiene, and a nightly brain synthesis that turns run observations into lessons. Everything is draft-first — nothing reaches a person without your yes.

It ships with no company baked in: setup interviews you for your company, products, competitors, brand kit, and your own customer proof points. The package contains no other vendor's content.

Install

  1. Subscribe at /pricing ($250/yr), then follow /get-started/salescron.
  2. Issue an API key (API keys) — Cowork authenticates as SALES_AS_CODE_API_KEY.
  3. Add the salescron marketplace in Cowork and install the plugin.
  4. Say "run salescron setup" — the wizard collects your identity, company context, and proof points, resolves your Salesforce user, verifies connectors, registers the 30 scheduled tasks, and writes your config.

Connectors it uses

Connected in your Cowork (salescron holds no tokens): Salesforce, Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive/Sheets, plus optional ZoomInfo, Octave, Sumble, Clari, Slack, and n8n for Salesforce write-back. The wizard verifies each and skips gracefully what you don't have.

Licensing & the control plane

Every skill opens with the license gate — verify_session() then check_entitlement("salescron") — and finishes by reporting run telemetry you can see on your Rollup. A renewal inside 14 days gets a gentle mention; a lapsed subscription pauses skills politely with a renewal link, never mid-run. Details: Licensing & renewal.

Updates: a silent Monday check against /api/v1/versions/salescron; updates are never applied without your say-so.
