Company OS Core

Stand up your Company OS: one canonical business context, four roles, a decision log, a weekly operating review. Required by every other plugin.

What it is

Company OS Core is the Operator skill in the Sales as Code suite. You license it here and it runs on our servers on a schedule, nothing to install. It's draft-first (it stages work for your review and never sends or publishes on its own) and tool-agnostic (it works with whatever tools you already use). Price: $79, or included in the Full Suite and All-Access membership.

Stand up your Company OS: one canonical business context, four roles, a decision log, a weekly operating review. Required by every other plugin.

This is the foundation. Every other skill reads its company context, ICP, and voice from Company OS Core, so set this up first.

What you connect

You connect your tools (CRM, inbox, calendar) in the product. We custody each token encrypted and read it on a schedule; the connected data is processed to do the work, never sold, never used to train, and you can revoke access anytime. The categories below map to whatever tool you bring, and the setup skill wires each one up.

No external connectors required to get started.

Your first run

Once you've connected your tools, Company OS Core runs on a schedule on our servers, no install step. Here is what its first run does:

set up my Company OS

What you get back: A short interview, then your Company OS context files, a decision log, and a role map, plus a walkthrough of the four roles your one-person company plays.

Every skill verifies your licensed session and checks your entitlement before it does anything, then reports the run and its brain state back to your Activity view when it finishes.
