Founder Chief-of-Staff

A daily morning brief, meeting prep, and a monthly investor or board update, drawn from your calendar, inbox, and the business.

What it is

Founder Chief-of-Staff is the Operator skill in the Sales as Code suite. You license it here and it runs on our servers on a schedule, nothing to install. It's draft-first (it stages work for your review and never sends or publishes on its own) and tool-agnostic (it works with whatever tools you already use). Price: $199, or included in the Full Suite and All-Access membership.

A daily morning brief, meeting prep, and a monthly investor or board update, drawn from your calendar, inbox, and the business.

Requires Company OS Core. Founder Chief-of-Staff reads your company, offer, ICP, and voice from the Company OS, so buying it adds Core to your cart if you don't own it yet.

What you connect

You connect your tools (CRM, inbox, calendar) in the product. We custody each token encrypted and read it on a schedule; the connected data is processed to do the work, never sold, never used to train, and you can revoke access anytime. The categories below map to whatever tool you bring, and the setup skill wires each one up.

Your first run

Once you've connected your tools, Founder Chief-of-Staff runs on a schedule on our servers, no install step. Here is what its first run does:

set up my chief of staff

What you get back: Your calendar, inbox, and chat mapped, with the daily brief and monthly investor update scheduled for your approval.

Every skill verifies your licensed session and checks your entitlement before it does anything, then reports the run and its brain state back to your Activity view when it finishes.
