cscron

The customer success manager's day on scheduled agents: an overnight health pulse, an ARR-weighted at-risk digest, onboarding tracking, renewal forecasts, expansion signals, ledger-gated customer touches, and a book scorecard.

Overview

cscron is a Claude Cowork / Claude Desktop plugin for customer success managers. Its scheduled tasks run the post-sale day: a 6:30am health pulse over overnight usage and sentiment movers, a 7am at-risk digest ranked by ARR × risk, onboarding tracking, ledger-gated customer-touch drafts and reply tracking, a Monday renewal forecast 90 days out, Wednesday expansion signals, and a Friday portfolio scorecard — plus a nightly brain synthesis. Everything is draft-first — nothing reaches a customer without your yes.

Customer touches are ledger-gated: a contact ledger rate-limits outreach so accounts are never over-messaged.

Install

  1. Subscribe at /pricing ($250/yr), then follow /get-started/cscron.
  2. Issue an API key (API keys) — Cowork authenticates as SALES_AS_CODE_API_KEY.
  3. Add the cscron marketplace in Cowork and install the plugin.
  4. Say "run cscron setup" — the wizard collects your identity, book, and health signals, verifies connectors, registers the scheduled tasks, and writes your config.

Connectors it uses

Connected in your Cowork (cscron holds no tokens): your CRM, inbox, and customer-success / usage tools. The wizard verifies each and skips gracefully what you don't have.

Licensing & the control plane

Every skill opens with the license gate — verify_session() then check_entitlement("cscron") — and finishes by reporting run telemetry you can see on your Rollup. A renewal inside 14 days gets a gentle mention; a lapsed subscription pauses skills politely with a renewal link, never mid-run. Details: Licensing & renewal.
