Launch Readiness Audit

A complete pre-launch audit of your repo and website — codebase health, homepage, payments, security (authz + XSS), SEO/GEO/AEO, and launch ops — as a prioritized findings report, a manual operator checklist, and a ready-to-run remediation prompt. Read-only: it never touches your code.

What it is

Launch Readiness Audit is the Operator plugin in the Sales as Code suite — a Claude Cowork plugin you license here and run there. It's draft-first (it stages work for your review and never sends or publishes on its own) and tool-agnostic (it works with whatever tools you already use). Price: $39, or included in the Full Suite and All-Access membership.

Requires Company OS Core. Launch Readiness Audit reads your company, offer, ICP, and voice from the Company OS, so buying it adds Core to your cart if you don't own it yet.

What you connect

You connect tools inside Claude Cowork, not on this site. The categories below map to whatever tool you bring — the setup skill wires each one up.

Your first run

Once you've connected Cowork and installed this plugin, run it by typing this in Cowork:

audit my repo

What you get back: A dated launch-readiness report saved to your repo — every finding sorted High / Medium / Low with a file:line and a fix, a manual operator checklist, and a remediation prompt you can run to fix it all. Draft-only; it changes nothing.

Every skill verifies your licensed session and checks your entitlement before it does anything, then reports the run and its brain state back to your rollup when it finishes.

What it ships

Installing Launch Readiness Audit adds these skills to Cowork:
