MEDDPICC Auto-Capture
Pull structured MEDDPICC evidence from the calls and emails you already have, so you never re-key what the buyer said.

Overview
MEDDPICC Auto-Capture reads a deal's conversation text (call transcripts, emails, notes) and captures evidence for each of the eight MEDDPICC dimensions: metrics, economic buyer, decision criteria, decision process, paper process, identify pain, champion, and competition. It removes the entry tax that kills methodology adoption. Every capture is the verbatim sentence the evidence came from, never a generated summary, so what you save is what was actually said.
What it is for, on the page. Under the headline, this page says what it produces, what makes it run, and where the output lands. Every Work page reads that line from one registry, so the three answers cannot drift from the page.
How the capture works
The extraction is deterministic: the same text always produces the same capture, so a rep can trust it and a manager can defend it. Each dimension has a fixed set of cue phrases; a dimension is captured only when a cue actually appears in the text. A dimension with no cue match stays a gap, never invented. Confidence rises with corroboration (more than one cue, a call rather than a note) and is capped below 100 on purpose: this is evidence to confirm, not proof.
It feeds your deal risk score
Add a deal id when you capture, and the evidence is saved against that opportunity in the exact shape Deal Inspection reads. The captured dimensions immediately count toward the deal's MEDDPICC completeness, so the risk score improves as you confirm real evidence. The gaps it reports are your worklist: the dimensions to confirm with the champion before the number moves. Without a deal id, the capture is a preview and nothing is saved.
Send it to your CRM
Capturing evidence you then re-key into Salesforce is half a job, so the card under the capture writes it up for you. Name the field that holds each dimension in your CRM (its API name, so Metrics__c on Salesforce or meddpicc_metrics on HubSpot), save the map once, and Push captured evidence writes the capture into the opportunity.
What it will not do. Only dimensions with evidence are sent. A gap is left alone rather than written as an empty field, because blanking a field somebody filled in by hand is worse than leaving it. A field name your CRM would reject is refused here before anything is sent, rather than dropped quietly on the way. Every write goes through the same writeback path and audit trail as any other change this app makes to your CRM, and if a dimension fails the result says which one and why instead of reporting a clean run.
Two different ids. The deal id at the top of the page is how the capture is stored here; the record id in the CRM card is the Salesforce Opportunity Id or HubSpot Deal id the write goes to. They are not the same string. If your deal arrived from a connected CRM its id carries the source, so typing the deal id fills the record id in and picks the CRM for you. If it did not, type the record id yourself: there is no safe guess, and a wrong one writes to the wrong opportunity.
You need that CRM connected under Connections. If it is not, the push says so and writes nothing.
Where the text comes from
Paste the transcript, thread, or notes directly, one source per capture, and run it again per call to corroborate a dimension across conversations. Nothing is fabricated: if the text does not mention decision process, decision process stays a gap rather than a guessed value.
