MEDDPICC Auto-Capture

Pull structured MEDDPICC evidence from the calls and emails you already have, so you never re-key what the buyer said.

Overview

MEDDPICC Auto-Capture reads a deal's conversation text (call transcripts, emails, notes) and captures evidence for each of the eight MEDDPICC dimensions: metrics, economic buyer, decision criteria, decision process, paper process, identify pain, champion, and competition. It removes the entry tax that kills methodology adoption. Every capture is the verbatim sentence the evidence came from, never a generated summary, so what you save is what was actually said.

How the capture works

The extraction is deterministic: the same text always produces the same capture, so a rep can trust it and a manager can defend it. Each dimension has a fixed set of cue phrases; a dimension is captured only when a cue actually appears in the text. A dimension with no cue match stays a gap, never invented. Confidence rises with corroboration (more than one cue, a call rather than a note) and is capped below 100 on purpose: this is evidence to confirm, not proof.

It feeds your deal risk score

Add a deal id when you capture, and the evidence is saved against that opportunity in the exact shape Deal Inspection reads. The captured dimensions immediately count toward the deal's MEDDPICC completeness, so the risk score improves as you confirm real evidence. The gaps it reports are your worklist: the dimensions to confirm with the champion before the number moves. Without a deal id, the capture is a preview and nothing is saved.

Where the text comes from

Paste the transcript, thread, or notes directly, one source per capture, and run it again per call to corroborate a dimension across conversations. Nothing is fabricated: if the text does not mention decision process, decision process stays a gap rather than a guessed value.
