crocronjob

The chief revenue officer's week on scheduled agents: a whole-org revenue pulse, ranked exec flags, a cross-team forecast rollup with a week-over-week delta, per-manager scorecards, a GTM-efficiency brief, and a weekly pipeline council.

Overview

crocronjob is a Claude Cowork / Claude Desktop plugin for chief revenue officers. Its scheduled tasks run the CRO week: a 6:30am whole-org revenue pulse, a 7am list of the three-to-five things that need the CRO today, a Monday cross-team forecast rollup with a week-over-week delta and a per-manager/segment scorecard, a Wednesday GTM-efficiency brief, and a Friday pipeline council across coverage, velocity, and conversion — plus a nightly brain synthesis. Everything is draft-first — every brief, flag, and escalation waits for your review.

Cross-team rollups read run telemetry through the control plane — team owners only, metadata only, never your reps' or managers' message contents. Every skill still works from your CRM alone.

Install

  1. Subscribe at /pricing ($350/yr), then follow /get-started/crocronjob.
  2. Issue an API key (API keys) — Cowork authenticates as SALES_AS_CODE_API_KEY.
  3. Add the crocronjob marketplace in Cowork and install the plugin.
  4. Say "run crocronjob setup" — the wizard collects your identity, org structure, and targets, verifies connectors, registers the scheduled tasks, and writes your config.

Connectors it uses

Connected in your Cowork (crocronjob holds no tokens): your CRM and forecasting tools, plus — for team owners — run telemetry from the products your teams run, read metadata-only through the salesascode.com control plane. The wizard verifies each and skips gracefully what you don't have.

Licensing & the control plane

Every skill opens with the license gate — verify_session() then check_entitlement("crocronjob") — and finishes by reporting run telemetry you can see on your Rollup. A renewal inside 14 days gets a gentle mention; a lapsed subscription pauses skills politely with a renewal link, never mid-run. Details: Licensing & renewal.
