Warm-Cache Pack
Before a call, pre-cache the likely questions and their best answers from your answer library, so you answer live instead of checking docs.
Overview
Warm-Cache Pack closes the "let me check internal docs" pause. Before a call, list the topics it will cover and get a compact pack of the likely questions with the best cached answer for each, pulled from your answer library. It is meant to be calendar-triggered, so the pack is ready in front of you when the meeting starts.
Live-ready vs prep gap
Each topic gets one of two states. Live-ready means the corpus has a fresh, confident answer you can say out loud without checking, and the answer is shown. A prep gap means there is no confident cached answer, either nothing matched, or the best match is stale or low-confidence, so the topic is flagged with an empty answer to rehearse before the call rather than a fabricated one. A wrong answer said live is worse than an honest "let me confirm that and follow up."
Readiness at a glance
The pack reports your readiness, the share of topics you can answer live, and lists the live-ready answers first so they are easy to scan during the call, with the prep gaps grouped after. It is the difference between walking into a technical call prepared and improvising.
Deterministic
The pack is deterministic: the same topics against the same corpus always produce the same pack, so you can refine the topic list and rebuild. It reuses the answer library's freshness and confidence scoring, so a warmer, better-maintained corpus produces a stronger pack.
