Questionnaire Assist

Draft an RFP or security questionnaire from your answer library, with a coverage report and a portal-ready export.

Overview

Questionnaire Assist turns an incoming RFP or security questionnaire into a drafted response, pulled from your answer library. Paste the questions and each comes back with a drafted answer and a status: answered, needs-review, or a gap to write. It is the drafting layer on top of the corpus, so the same source of truth that keeps your answers fresh also fills the questionnaire.

Three honest states

Answered means a fresh, confident match exists and the draft is ship-ready. Needs-review means a relevant answer exists but is stale, weak, or low-confidence, the draft is provided but flagged with the reason to check it before sending. A gap means nothing in the corpus is relevant, and the answer is left empty rather than fabricated, because a wrong answer in a security questionnaire is worse than an honest "we need to write this one."

Portal-ready export

The bottom of the page assembles a plain-text version of the whole response, numbered question and answer blocks with the review flags inline, ready to paste back into a vendor portal. Nothing ships unnoticed: a gap or a needs-review item carries its flag right in the text.

Deterministic and grounded

The drafting is deterministic: the same questionnaire against the same corpus always produces the same response, so you can trust it and re-run it after adding answers. Coverage is reported as the share of questions that are ship-ready, and the questionnaire is portal-ready only when every question has a confident, fresh answer.
