Overview
Prospects (Awareness) is the BDR's roster view of the book. Every prospect is scored 0 to 100 for awareness and placed on the buying journey from Identified to Selecting, with the signal driving each score shown on its row. It runs on the same deterministic awareness engine as Call Block: Call Block is the focused dial-order runner you work top to bottom, while this page is the full roster with the distribution across stages, so you can see the shape of the book at a glance.
How the awareness score works
The score is deterministic: the same prospect data always produces the same number and the same stage. It rises with third-party intent, website visit frequency, content and email engagement, and trigger events like a recent job change or funding round, with recent signals weighted more heavily than stale ones. A prospect with no signal is Identified, not warm, so the roster reflects real intent rather than a padded list. The strongest driver behind each score is shown in the Signal column.
The distribution and the roster
Four tiles summarize the book: how many prospects are in it, how many are warm or hotter (Interested, Considering, or Selecting), the average awareness score, and how many are already Selecting. The awareness-distribution strip shows the count and share in each stage. The roster table lists each prospect with their company, title, the driving signal, the buying stage, the awareness score, and the dial order, ranked warmest first.
Where the prospects come from
The roster reads your prospects and their signals from your connected CRM and stored records, the same source Call Block uses. If you have not connected a CRM yet, the roster is empty rather than filled with placeholders.
