Overview
Partner Certifications turns partner enablement from a digest into tracked state. For each partner it shows which of your required certifications they have earned, which are expiring soon, and which are still missing, with an enablement score and the next action. It is the depth on top of the enablement digest, so you can see exactly where each partner stands rather than reading a summary.
What it is for, on the page. Under the headline, this page says what it produces, what makes it run, and where the output lands. Every Work page reads that line from one registry, so the three answers cannot drift from the page.
Real, current enablement
The score is the share of required certifications a partner currently holds. A certification with no record is missing, and an earned certification past its expiry date is treated as expired, not earned, so the score reflects real, current enablement rather than a historical high-water mark. Certifications expiring within the next couple of months are flagged so you can renew before they lapse.
Ranked by the gap
Partners are ranked least enabled first, so the biggest enablement gap leads your worklist. Each partner carries one next action: enroll them in the missing certifications, renew the ones about to expire, or, when they are fully certified, keep the enablement fresh. The action always names the specific certifications, so it is immediately actionable.
What you track is kept
Set the required certifications once, then record what each partner holds: one line per record, comma separated, as partner, cert, status, expiresInDays. Track saves those lines against your account and scores them in the same step, and the page reloads them on your next visit, so the tracker is a book you keep rather than a box you re-paste. Show stored re-scores everything recorded so far.
Partner plus certification is the key, so re-entering a line updates that record instead of adding a second one. That is how you move a cert from in-progress to earned, or push out an expiry. The required set is stored separately and is only replaced when you supply a new one, so saving records with the required field left blank does not clear it.
The stored records are also what the scheduled partner-cert-gap check reads, so an enablement gap you track here can surface in your console without you opening the page.
Deterministic
The tracker is deterministic: the same records and required set always produce the same enablement, so you can re-run it as certifications are earned and renewed and trust the result. Nothing is inflated, an in-progress certification is in progress, not earned.
