Demo Storyline

Turn the pains you surfaced in discovery into an ordered demo narrative that shows the buyer's problems, not a feature tour.

Overview

Demo Storyline assembles a demo narrative from what you learned in discovery. Paste the pains the buyer raised and it orders them into a story: open on the biggest pain, build through the supporting ones, and close on the outcome and the next step. The result is a demo that shows the buyer their own problems being solved, which converts far better than a tour of every feature.

How the narrative is ordered

Scenes are ordered by the severity you assigned each pain, highest first, with ties keeping the order you entered them. The first scene is the opener (play back the biggest pain in the buyer's words), the last is the closer (show the outcome end to end, then agree the next step), and the middle scenes build. A long discovery list is capped to a tight handful of scenes, because a focused demo beats an exhaustive one, and the panel tells you how many pains were held back.

Talk track and value message per scene

Each scene carries a talk track assembled from its discovery point: who feels the pain, the metric they attached to it, and the demo path if you mapped a capability. It also carries the value message, what that scene resolves. Everything is built from a discovery point you actually captured, so nothing about the buyer's situation is invented.

Deterministic

The storyline is deterministic: the same discovery points always produce the same narrative, so you can refine your discovery and regenerate, and share a consistent story with the rest of the deal team.
