Coaching Scorecard
Score each rep against a MEDDIC-shaped methodology rubric from metadata only, so every 1:1 starts from the same numbers.
Overview
Coaching Scorecard gives a manager a consistent, defensible read on each rep's methodology discipline. Instead of a gut feel that changes week to week, it scores every rep against a MEDDIC-shaped rubric, methodology completeness, economic-buyer access, decision-process mapping, champion development, multi-threading, and next-step hygiene, so the 1:1 starts from the same numbers every time.
Metadata only
Every input is an aggregate rate derived from what reps did, not what they wrote: the share of a rep's deals with an identified economic buyer, a mapped decision process, a confirmed champion, a dated next step. It never reads draft bodies or message text. This is the leadership constraint the whole product respects, a manager coaches from run and outcome metadata, never from a rep's private content.
How the score works
Each rubric dimension scores 0 to 100 from its rate, and the overall is a weighted blend of the dimensions that have data. A missing metric lowers confidence, not the score, so a rep is never penalized for a number you have not connected yet. The scorecard bands each rep strong, developing, or needs-coaching, names the single lowest dimension as the coaching focus, and flags low confidence when too few deals back the numbers. The team is ranked weakest first, so coaching time goes where it matters.
Deterministic
The scorecard is deterministic: the same aggregates always produce the same scores, so a rep can trust the number and a manager can defend it. It is the input to the 1:1 prep, not a black box.
