October 2026: corrections, approvals and the audit

• Corrections that stick. After you send an edited draft or skip one, the card asks what was off: wrong fact, wrong tone, wrong angle, or never say this. Accept the resulting rule on your business brief and every drafting role follows it from its next run. A morning draft that uses a banned phrase is dropped before it reaches you.
• Scoring changes wait for you. The Sunday scoring retune now proposes new weights on /score-explain with the records behind them. Scores keep the weights you last approved until you approve a change.
• The audit runs from the homepage. Enter your website and /audit reads it, drafts a brief and a sample post, and shows each stage as it runs, before you create an account. Audit runs have a daily spend ceiling.
• A simpler Today. /home opens with one Start here card holding the oldest decision waiting on you or your next setup step, with the rest of your queue below it.
• Screens match the approved designs. Connections, Outreach, Customer care, Your team, Content, the activation page and the public guides were compared against the approved mockups in light and dark and brought into line, and the public pages share one type scale.

September 2026: nine roles, one seat, a founder launch

• One price per seat. $99 per person per month, or $1,089 a year. A seat licenses all nine roles. Inviting a teammate adds their seat to the owner's subscription, and Enterprise is scoped by a conversation. See pricing.
• The nine-role workspace. Every signed-in page moved to one design: Today leads with the team, Activity is the day ledger with Reports as its own tab, and five top-level tabs replaced seven.
• Guided founder launch. Onboarding reads your website, drafts a business brief you review and confirm, researches target accounts and contacts, and places researched drafts in your Gmail. Your workspace is made once, from the confirmed brief, as soon as your seat lands.
• Sends from your own mailbox. An approved draft goes out through the Gmail or Outlook account you connected, and an hourly sweep records whether it got a reply, an auto-reply or a bounce. An interested reply offers to open an opportunity, which you confirm.
• More connections. Attio, Pipedrive, Stripe, Calendly, Fathom, Zendesk, Outlook and Microsoft Calendar, Gong, a generic webhook, and Content Studio publishing to WordPress, Webflow, Notion, Mailchimp and Customer.io. Each Connect card says what it reads, what it writes, and that every write waits for your approval.
• Who works what. /team-admin lists all nine roles, who is assigned to each, and the ones nobody covers. Owners assign and remove from the same row, choose who can see which account, and change a member's role.
• Settings, Autonomy. Decide what your agents may do without asking, see what they did on their own, and undo it.
• Your roles run in your morning. Scheduled passes run at your local hours rather than on a server clock.

August 2026: the ninth role and a hardened launch

• Customer Support joins as the ninth role. supportcron launched with a stakes-ranked escalation board, deflection and support load panels.
• Dark mode in the signed-in app. A theme toggle in the top nav cycles system, light and dark, and every page in the app follows it.
• Security and payments. Two launch audits closed account takeover paths, turned on PKCE for the Google connectors, confirmed email at signup, added password reset, and fixed the payment defects that would only cost money once live payments started.
• Metered AI spend. AI calls are metered and the spend caps that read the meter now work, with a daily lane beside the monthly one.
• Data rights that work. The export and deletion rights /privacy describes now do what it says, and Settings can clear your book without closing your account.

July 2026: launch hardening & the cockpit

• Launch-readiness pass. Security and auth hardening, payment lifecycle integrity (refunds now revoke access), an SEO/GEO/AEO foundation, and an ops + codebase-health sweep across the site.
• Launch Readiness Audit plugin. A new Operator plugin that audits your repo and site (code, payments, security, SEO, ops) and returns a prioritized fix list. It's the eighth plugin.
• Live Activity. Plugin runs now report a full lifecycle (start → heartbeat → settle) with a shared correlation id and an error taxonomy, a run drill-down page, and a "running now" strip so Activity updates live.
• Onboarding v2. An interactive activation wizard and a connection troubleshooting panel, plus discovery and navigation fixes.
• Content Engine, expanded. Content calendar, per-channel comparison, draft performance + versioning + AI revise, revenue attribution, engagement capture, and more channels.
• Closing motion, expanded. Stall accelerator, warm-intro pathfinder, post-close expansion, single-thread and role-gap detection, and a warm-leads surface.

June 2026: the two-plane rebuild

• Two planes. Work moved to a hosted runtime that runs on our servers on a schedule; salesascode.com became the control plane: licensing, the API key, telemetry, and Activity. The old in-browser app was retired.
• Plugins & commerce. A suite of role-based plugins (Company OS Core, GTM Engine, Content Engine, Founder Chief-of-Staff, Inbound & Lifecycle, Market Intelligence, and Launch Kit) sold as one-time plugins, bundles, a Full Suite, or an All-Access membership. See pricing.
• Content Studio. A 10-agent content engine that researches, drafts in your voice, and publishes across channels, with a review queue at /studio.
• Activity feeds. Personal and team read-only dashboards of what your plugins did, powered by plugin telemetry and brain-sync.
• Docs. A full docs overhaul: a setup guide, two-plane concepts, per-plugin pages, an API & MCP reference, and walkthrough videos.

Before June 2026

Sales as Code began as an in-browser sales-intelligence app: a durable "brain," coaching agents, and deal panels. That capability now runs inside the hosted plugins; the original in-browser surfaces are archived.
