# Nine sales roles report to you every morning.

Sales as Code is nine AI agents, one per sales role, that work your accounts and report into one ranked list you approve. It is the revenue org a founder runs before hiring one.

For founders and teams of two to ten, before the first sales hire.

## This is the work it does for you.

Six jobs from six of the nine roles, on real clock times. The dispatcher fires at 06:15, 12:15 and 17:15 UTC and nothing else.

When | Product | What ran |
Daily · 06:15 UTC | gtmcron | Morning brief: the day’s top accounts and openings, ranked, with the angle for each |
Daily · 17:15 UTC | salescron | Post-call follow-up drafted from what was said, with the commitments captured |
Mondays · 06:15 UTC | bdrcron | Sequence experiments: reply-to-meeting rate by sequence and angle |
Monthly, day 1 · 06:15 UTC | cscron | Customer QBR built from usage, outcomes and open risks |
Fridays · 06:15 UTC | secronjob | SE synthesis: where technical deals won, stalled or slipped this week |

// the context

## It knows what you sell, and who to.

A record of your business you write once and correct as it changes. Every role reads it before it writes a word, so the advice is about your market rather than sales in general.

A question you skip is left blank, never guessed at.

// the gate

### Nothing reaches a customer without you.

Sales as Code drafts. It does not send. A draft is refused at the send layer until a
signed-in person approves that exact draft, and there is no scheduled path,
agent or automation in the product that can do the approving. That is a check
in the code, not a setting to remember.

Every other platform in this category now ships an autopilot. That is the published reason so many of them are cancelled inside a year.

// how it works

## Four steps once. Then it runs.

These are the steps a new account opens on, in this order.

01 · business

### Tell your roles about the business.

Point us at your website in Settings, Your business. We read it and hand back a draft you edit and confirm.

02 · data

### Connect a data source.

Connect your CRM or inbox in Settings (or load sample data to try it first).

03 · output

### Choose where output goes.

Pick a destination in Settings: the in-app queue, Google Drive, or your mailbox.

04 · runtime

### Turn the runtime on.

Flip the runtime on from the Schedule tab so your agents run on a schedule.

// the unit

## Everyone else counts tools. We count jobs.

Your real choice is not another tool. It is a hire you cannot yet afford.

Option | A year | The catch |
Hire your first AE One role | $200,000 to $280,000 | Three to six months to ramp, and around 60% do not work out. |
Buy an AI SDR One role, the top of the funnel | $3,000 to $60,000 | It sends on its own. Half to seventy percent get cancelled. |
Buy a platform that replaces your tools Your stack, consolidated | Book a call to find out | Fewer logins. Still nobody doing the nine jobs. |
Wire it together yourself Whatever you finish | Tool bills, plus your weekends | You maintain the thing meant to give you time back. |
Sales as Code, Founder plan All nine roles | $990 a year, or $2,250 one at a time | You read the line and click approve. Working tomorrow morning. |

## The revenue org you run before you hire one.

Nine roles run their day on a schedule. You read one list and approve what matters, and every
decision is recorded, so your first hire inherits a system that already works.

## Questions people ask

I have not hired a sales team yet. Is this for me? That is who it is built for. The nine roles are the seats in a revenue org and a founder holds all of them by default. Each runs on a schedule and reports into one ranked morning, so nine jobs arrive as one short list.

What do I actually get on day one? Point it at your website and it drafts a record of your business for you to correct. Connect your inbox or CRM and it starts working your accounts: research, drafts, prep, follow-ups, ranked into a morning list. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

How is this different from an AI SDR? An AI SDR plays one role and mostly sends on its own, which is the published reason so many get cancelled inside a year. This covers nine roles and sends nothing at all. You do more reading here and less apologizing later.

How is this different from a platform that replaces my tools? Those consolidate what you already have, which is a real problem and a different one. This is not a system of record and does not replace one. It works on top of your tools and does the jobs nobody is doing.

What happens when I do hire someone? You hand them a role. They hold it, you stop holding it personally, your subscription keeps paying, and your standup row reports what they ran instead of asking you to act. No price change and no new SKU.

What does it cost, and is there a free version? The morning line is free: the detectors read what you have connected and rank it without a subscription. A paid role adds the writing. One role is $150 a year; the Founder plan is all nine for $99 a month or $990 a year, against $2,250 one at a time. If a plan lapses, scheduled runs stop and your data stays as it is.

Do you see my data? The work runs on our servers, so we process what it needs: the CRM records, email and calendar you connect. Encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to produce your drafts, never sold and never used to train models.
