## Before the role can act

Needs | Produces | Your decision |
CRM opportunities with amounts | Pipeline scenarios with assumptions | Review the assumptions |
Billing evidence when connected | Sourced collected-revenue figures | Verify the revenue basis |
Supplied cost, time and capacity evidence | Cost and capacity comparison | Choose the investment |

Revenue analysis needs your own commercial data: a CRM with amounts and stages, and a billing connection for collected cash. Your subscription to this product is never counted as your revenue. Attribution and forecasts stay limited by the evidence and the method used.

## What this role does for you

How it starts from your website, the work it performs, what you receive, an example, the input it needs, how to judge it, where its work goes, and what it depends on.

RL · Revenue leader

Help you connect revenue evidence, spending and capacity to the next business decision.

This role reads across acquisition, selling, retention and partnerships to help you decide which motion deserves more effort, which costs need attention, and when a human hire has a clear job to take over.

## How it starts with your website

Uses the confirmed commercial assumptions first, then your own opportunity, payment, usage and cost evidence as you connect it. A concept-stage business gets an assumptions-based plan, not an invented revenue forecast.

## What the role does for you

- Roll the pipeline up weekly: committed, best case and open by stage, the coverage ratio and the top risks, with sources and definitions attached.
- Keep forecast, open pipeline, booked business and collected payments as separate figures.
- Model base, upside and downside scenarios for the next campaign, tool spend or hire, with every lever's assumption stated.
- Draft the quarter's story and the organisation review monthly, every figure traceable to a record.
- Attribute sourced and influenced pipeline by channel from the touches on your opportunities, and feed investment priorities back to the plan and the operating roles.

On its own schedule: 3 scheduled tasks, 5 more on request
- Mondays · 06:15 UTC Forecast rollup: one reconciled number across the org, and where it disagrees
- Monthly, day 1 · 06:15 UTC Board narrative: what changed this month and the questions it invites
- Monthly, day 1 · 06:15 UTC QBR pack assembled from the quarter’s own numbers

Times are UTC. Every task stops at a draft or a report for your review; you can turn any of them off in the console.

## The work you receive

- A revenue review with sourced figures and the uncertainty stated.
- Pipeline and revenue scenarios with their assumptions, rather than unexplained predictions.
- Cost and capacity comparisons, including your time where you supply it.
- A prioritised investment or hiring brief and a record of decisions to revisit.

## An example in practice

One profile produces replies but little qualified pipeline; another yields fewer conversations with stronger fit. The role compares the evidence and the cost of each and proposes where the next campaign should focus.

A scenario to show the shape of the work, not a customer result.

## What it needs from you

Set the business goal, budget constraints and planning assumptions. Decide on hiring, pricing and spending. The role prepares the analysis and shows what is missing so you can act without stitching reports together.

The confirmed business brief is reused across every role. The roles ask for missing facts, the decisions only you can make, and approvals, instead of repeating setup.

## Expected outcomes and how to judge them

Better-informed choices about growth, retention and capacity. The aim is to invest in work that contributes to revenue and to hire when the evidence shows a real job, rather than to treat a forecast as a guarantee.

### Measures worth watching

- Your own collected revenue, qualified pipeline and retention, over stated periods.
- Cost per qualified opportunity and other unit economics where the data is complete enough.
- Forecast accuracy over time, missing-data coverage, and what came of each investment decision.

## How the handoff works

Each handoff carries the account or customer reference, the source evidence, the work status, the responsible owner, and the decision needed next.

- ### To GTM strategist

**What moves:** Evidence of which profiles and offers are working. **What happens next:** Revise market priorities and campaign hypotheses.
- ### To Sales leader

**What moves:** Revenue priorities and capacity constraints. **What happens next:** Translate the plan into sales work and coaching.
- ### To You

**What moves:** A sourced decision brief with assumptions and alternatives. **What happens next:** Choose the next investment, experiment or hire.

## When it is useful, and what it depends on

Revenue analysis needs your own commercial data: a CRM with amounts and stages, and a billing connection for collected cash. Your subscription to this product is never counted as your revenue. Attribution and forecasts stay limited by the evidence and the method used.

- Opportunities with amounts in a connected CRM
- A billing connection for collected revenue (optional)

Results and speed depend on the offer, the evidence, your decisions, and the buyer. Nothing here promises revenue or a time to revenue.

## The name is literal.

crocronjob ships 3 scheduled tasks. This is the actual default week, timed to the reporting rhythm: the numbers are assembled before the meeting that asks for them, and every narrative is a draft you sign.

When | What runs |
Mondays · 06:15 UTC | Forecast rollup: one reconciled number across the org, and where it disagrees |
Monthly, day 1 · 06:15 UTC | Board narrative: what changed this month and the questions it invites |
Monthly, day 1 · 06:15 UTC | QBR pack assembled from the quarter’s own numbers |

Times are UTC. The runtime dispatches three times a day, at 06:15, 12:15 and
17:15 UTC, and each task takes one of those windows. You can turn any of them
off in the console.

### Nothing reaches a customer without you.

crocronjob drafts. It does not send. A draft is refused at the send layer until a
signed-in person approves that exact draft, and there is no scheduled path,
agent or automation in the product that can do the approving. That is a check
in the code, not a setting to remember.

Sending is off on a new account and stays off until you turn it on. With it
off, an approved draft is recorded as held rather than sent, so you can run
the whole thing for a month and read what it would have said.

## Built to run the whole number.

### The whole org, reconciled

Every team’s forecast rolled into one number and cross-checked, so the board figure is one you can defend, not a stitch-up of six spreadsheets on Sunday night.

### What needs you, ranked

Three-to-five exec flags a day (the deals, teams, and risks that move the number) instead of a dashboard you have to mine to find the one thing that matters.

### Reads your org’s real activity

When your managers run leadercron and your reps run the front-line products, crocronjob reads their run telemetry through the control plane (metadata only, never message contents), so the rollups reflect what actually happened.

## The line we hold

### Draft-first

Every brief, flag, and escalation is drafted for your review. crocronjob surfaces and proposes; the call (and the send) stays yours.

### Metadata-only team reads

Cross-team rollups read run telemetry through the control plane, team owners only, metadata only, never your reps' or managers' message contents.

## Questions people ask

How much does crocronjob cost? $99 per person per month, or $1,089 a year. That is the price of the whole platform: one seat licenses crocronjob and every other role, and adding a teammate adds a seat at the same price.

What does crocronjob include? A whole-org revenue pulse, a ranked list of what needs the CRO today, a cross-team forecast rollup with a week-over-week delta, a per-manager scorecard, a GTM-efficiency brief, a weekly pipeline council, and a daily learning pass.

Does crocronjob need leadercron or the other products? No. Every skill works from your CRM alone. If your managers run leadercron and your reps run the front-line products and you own the org, crocronjob additionally reads their agents’ run telemetry, metadata only, for richer rollups.

Does crocronjob send anything without me? No. Every brief, flag, and escalation is drafted for your review, and nothing reaches a person without your yes.
